Wasn't Viet nam destroyed badly enough during the war? Why this lunacy? Living in the north end of the world (Scandinavia) I always must hear comments on how little sunshine we're supposed to have up here, but I'm sure there's sunshine in Vietnam & it must be better to use solar and wind power than coal (let alone nukes!)!
Wishing the people of Vietnam the best of luck inventing and building renewable energy sources.
