It will remain to be seen if the right decision for Nature and people is simply a political move or not. At least the issue appears to be energy requirements for a local area. We on Vancouver Island, BC face huge corporate pressure to exploit and contaminaye our air, groundwater and shellfish for the purpose of coal export to China, that country which is polluting, burning, and exploiting its over-burgeoning way in contradiction to all things natural. There are fine individual Chinese people working for Nature, but as a nation not so yet.
