The policy of the US State Department is that there was a Coup d'Etat with an acceptable resignation from President Ravalomanana. Recently the US Ambassador admitted that the coup began on 8 March and that threats to President Ravalomanana were part of the coup. Obama's Africa policy accepts coups as a means to force democratically elected leaders from office. This is outrageous. Congress: please investigate.
