Is it not true that corals have been with us for over 450,000,000 years and so have already survived much higher CO2 levels in the past?
Why is it thought that they will not survive now?
graphicconception: if this is a serious question you should probably read the report. Corals do survive but in different forms than we commonly see today. A few hundred years from now everything will be fine but in the interim adjustment period there will be hardship for a lot of people and species.
