Stephan, I have followed your request and posted this on my fb account. I hope many others will do it too.

What I cannot understand is how it is still possible to serve bluefin at all, given its critically endangered status. The US is a signatory to CITES - one would think that they would ban 'trade' (and that would include serving for food?!) in such an endagered species.
